Designer Darling Contest Round-up

As most of you know, I have been competing in the Designer Darling Contest at STS this year.  I just completed my entry for the final round a few days ago.  This contest has helped me grow so much as a designer and I would like to thank all the ladies involved for everything!!!  Hopefully you all had a chance to pick up all the different kits and add-ons that I did during the contest.  If not, don't worry because I am going to make it simple for you now.  :)  My first mini kit I created needs some tweaking so I will be redoing it at a later time for you all. Springing into Luck

Mommy Made This has revamped one of her previous kits called Springing into Luck.  This kit is perfect for those St. Patty's Day photos you have.  Queen Wild Scraps has also collaborated and created a kit that which brings a more springy feel in with purple.  You can check out both kits below by clicking on their previews.  While you are there, be sure to look into the matching cardstock and glitter papers as well.

Designer Darling Contest Round 5

I finished up my full kit for Round 5 of the Designer Darling Contest at STS.  I went with a summer theme because usually by this time of the year, I am longing for those hot summer days and all the fun activities we do.  Here is a preview of my kit.  You can find the download links by going to the STS Designer Darling Forum.

So, what happens when the sun goes down on those warm days and it gets cooler outside?  More fun of course.  The add-on is based on the fun things we like to do on the cool summer nights.

Make A Wish

By Christin has released a new kit called Make A Wish.  This kit is great for spring with it's blues, greens, and yellows.  I love all the flowers in it as well.  You can check it out in her store, but hurry because it will be 30% off until March 14.  While you are there, be sure to check out the new set of CU Textures she has added to her store as well.  Here are the previews which are linked.  :)

SNP Designer Mentoring Course

SNP is offereing a 6 week designer mentoring course.  This is not a contest, there are no eliminations. Everyone who signs up and makes their submissions gets to learn the entire course. There is 1 mentor per 5 students so you get lots of individualized attention. What's Going On At STS

There are some fun new products at Stuff to Scrap to tell you about.

First is this month's mega kit is called Whimsical Wonders. It's got a great palette and is full of fun doodled elements. This month's contributors were AmyDane Designs, Digi-Designs by Nicole, Growing Pains Scrapped, Jensen Motley Crew Designs, Scraps 'N Pieces, and SAHM Scrapper.

There is a coordinating set of QPs that are available and there's a twist: When you purchase the Whimsical Wonders mega-collab during the first week of March, you get the QPs free.

The March BAK is a great collection of gaming kits.  More info on flier.
